A PPS training that provides an overview of business benefit management, and practical basics of project management. The training is based on material in PPS OnLine. All participants should bring a computer for access to PPS OnLine.

• Overview of the PPS Model – the collaboration throughout an initiative
• Model for project management – a guide and support for a project manager
• Objective formulation – clarify what is included and not included in the project
• Stakeholder analysis – understand who are affected by the project, and who can have an impact on it
• Project planning – create a realistic plan
• Project organisation – describe who does what in the project, and how to connect it to the operations
• Risk analysis – look ahead and understand what could happen
• Project plan – the plan for the execution and agreement on the commitment
