Welcome to the NeIC AHM 2025!

AHM 2025 22-23 September - start Monday 11:30

The NeIC All Hands Meeting is the annual event at NeIC where people working on NeIC projects come together across projects and teams. The aim of these events is to give NeIC staff a chance to get to know other people working on e-infrastructure in the Nordics so that we can connect and learn from each other. The intended participants of the AHM are personnel contracted on NeIC activities/projects. Please contact your project manager beforehand registering for the event.

Please note: Tentative deadline for registration is on 2025-07-16. Update, the deadline has been extended untill 2025-09-02.

PPS training 24 September - How to work and collaborate for successful projects
This year, the AHM will be co-located with the PPS Training Level 1. The training takes place at the same venue on Wednesday, immediately following the AHM.

If you wish to attend the PPS training, please contact your Project Manager for approval. NeIC will cover one night's hotel accommodation (the night preceding the training day) for participants. Please remember to register for the PPS training simultaneously when you register for the AHM.

Tietoevry PPS Training Level 1 provides a foundational understanding of the PPS model, covering essential project management principles from objective setting and planning to execution, risk management, and effective steering group interaction. It equips participants with practical tools for successfully navigating project lifecycles.
