Description

The NeIC All-hands meeting (AHM) is an annual event at NeIC where people working in NeIC's activities come together across projects and teams. The aim of these events is to give the personnel a chance to get to know other people working on e-infrastructure in the Nordics so that we can connect and learn from each other.

The intended participants of the internal All-hands meeting are project teams and managers, members of the Executive team, coordinators of affiliate and extended affiliate projects, NeIC's Strategic committee, the Nordic Tier-1 team, and members of the Steering and Reference groups. Accommodation and travel costs will be covered fully by NeIC for project teams and managers, and members of the Executive team.*

If you are engaged in a NeIC project and not sure whether you should participate, please contact your NeIC project manager or Vilma directly.

* Accommodation is already booked for NeIC personnel at hotel Scandic CPH Strandpark. If you do not wish to accept the pre-booked accommodation, booking accommodation by yourself is of course possible: book via your home organisation and report it as NeIC travel, as you would normally. See 'Practical information' for more details.
