• Iron out tape requirements going forward

• Details from znikke: It was actually news for me that write pools already needs to be able to handle 1 GB/s in rather large bursts, and obviously to others as well. We've mostly talked about reads previously, so I think the write requirement must have ended up in some "everyone knows this" but it's never been clearly spelled out outside the everyone-knows-circle
