Description
The project ‘FAIR Across’ took off in informal discussions among representatives from Danish universities, university libraries, the Royal Library and the Danish National Archives (DNA) in the National Forum for Research Data Management. The starting point was the shared view that the FAIR data principles had to be presented to researchers in new ways in order to be implemented into research practice.
The project objectives were to help researchers across a broad range of disciplines understand the FAIR principles and implement actual changes into their day-to-day research practice to make their research data more FAIR. The project conducted an extensive series of interviews with researchers regarding FAIR and developed a number of well-received promotional products to help lowering the barriers for adoption.
