- Practical aspects (Collaboration Agreement, operational steering group composition, contracting project staff, etc.)
- Clarifying any open questions (role and contribution of consortium members not listed in the budget, missing letter of support from SMHI)
- Aligning on the initial goals and expected benefits: opportunities to improve even further, business benefit management and preparations for NICEST-2 business case
- Project budget in detail
- discussing dependencies (IS-ENES, IPCC, ESGF, EOSC-Nordic, INES, national synergies,..) and project's timeline
- Desired consortium representation during ongoing project manager recruiting process
- Additional consortium members
Please note that a NeIC project with ties to EC-funded initiatives must show that NeIC funding adds Nordic value beyond what is planned with the EC funding.
