Operator on duty log

Proposal accepted: Each interventions/importants events will be reported on the operator on duty log.

• Action on Ville to create the file with Markdown format
• Publish the content of this file to the friday wiki (who can do that?)

Prometheus

Decision to replace ganglia by prometheus+grafana

Strategy:

• Populate gradually  prometheus+grafana with the same content that ganglia
  • NDGF nodes
  • dCache pools
  • ARC-CEs
• Transition should be followed up by issue/ticket in gitlab

• First and only dCache site green for the ALICE xrootd 3rd party copy test!

• ATLAS asked us to have webdav/https fully enabled by the 31st of May
  • dCache@ndgf good
  • ARC-CEs not good: 
    • It needs https://bugzilla.nordugrid.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3979
    • It is part of 6.10.1 and the deployment should be followed up
