Welcome to the registration page for the Online CodeRefinery workshop May 10-12, 18-20!
To complete your registration, you need to:
1) Enter your registration details by clicking the "Apply now" button below.
2) Fill in the pre-workshop survey by clicking the "Fill out the survey" button below.
Confirmation email
After filling out the registration form you will receive an automatic confirmation email, but please note that all registrations go to waitlist first. Please contact to support@coderefinery.org if you don't receive this confirmation email within a couple of days after signing-up.
Active re-confirmation and cancellation
After the soft deadline has passed, we send an offer of a seat to those we can based on our capacity and priority criteria, if necessary. In that email, we ask them to re-confirm their participation within a set deadline (to be notified upon acceptance email). If you know that you are not able to participate at the course, please actively withdraw rather than leaving it so that people on the waiting list can take the available seat. If re-confirmation is not given by the deadline, we consider that you withdrew.
