Code of Conduct Incidence Report (CodeRefinery Code of Conduct Incident Report Form)

In any CodeRefinery-related events or community space, we are committed to creating a friendly and respectful place for learning, teaching and contributing. All participants in our events and communications are expected to show respect and courtesy to others. Currently we follow the Code of Conduct by the Carpentries (https://docs.carpentries.org/topic_folders/policies/code-of-conduct.html) as primary principles. If you feel that the Code of Conduct was violated in CodeRefinery-related events or community space, please complete this form to report the incident. The CodeRefinery core team members have access to reported incidents. We do not have a separate Code of Conduct committee, but we may set up a incident-specific committee, if reported incidence is deemed to require it.
