Shall we do more stuff than just providing services for WLCG? Can NGI_NDGF be involved in more EGI projects, and how to make it happen with NeIC governing such things?

Collaboration with EGI on Nagios monitoring
ARGO and our Nagios are really duplicating a big chunk of each other. Shall we collaborate with EGI to bring ARGO to better shape wrt. ARC and dCache monitoring and ditch our Nagios?
