 )\n\nThe NeIC All-hands meeting (AHM) is an annual event at NeIC where peo
 ple working in NeIC's activities come together across projects and teams. 
 The aim of these events is to give the personnel a chance to get to know o
 ther people working on e-infrastructure in the Nordics so that we can conn
 ect and learn from each other. \nThe intended participants of the interna
 l All-hands meeting are project teams and managers\, members of the Execut
 ive team\, coordinators of pre-studies and affiliate as well as extended a
 ffiliate projects\, NeIC's Strategic committee\, the Nordic Tier-1 team\, 
 and members of the Steering and Reference groups. Accommodation and travel
  costs will be covered fully by NeIC for project teams and managers\, and 
 members of the Executive team.* \nIf you are engaged in a NeIC project an
 d not sure whether you should participate\, please contact your NeIC proje
 ct manager or Vilma directly. \n* Accommodation is already booked for NeI
 C personnel at hotel Scandic CPH Strandpark. If you do not wish to accept 
 the pre-booked accommodation\, booking accommodation by yourself is of cou
